Page Boiler, Inc. was originally founded in 1995 by Floyd Page and his son Charlie. The business started in the front yard of Charlie’s house and grew into the Nevada, Texas operation it is today.

From Rockwall to Nevada, Texas.
As business grew, Floyd and Charlie knew it was time to locate to a bigger location. They found a shop in Rockwall, Texas where they stayed for many years. In the summer of 2009, Page Boiler, Inc. relocated again to its present location in Nevada, Texas.
Page Boiler has since added a fabrication shop where the team is fabricating feedwater tanks. On March 26, 2026 Charlie took on a partner, Ricky Brantner. They are a strong, like-minded team working together to see that top quality service is provided.
As of May 6th, 2026 Page Boiler, Inc. has partnered with Down Right Plumbing to handle plumbing needs. If you have plumbing needs, contact the office as usual and they will get you to the proper personnel to handle your service needs.

Page Boiler technicians are trained in CO monitor installation and calibration. As times change, so do rules and regulations.

In Texas, the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation enforces specific boiler room codes for commercial buildings, apartment complexes, and hotels. For new boiler installations or reinstallations, the state requires CO detection devices that meet UL 2075 standards.
